French embassy in Indonesia give full a scholarship for master and doctoral program in academic year 2011. French goverment scholarsip (BGF) give to civil servants, lecturers, students (mainly involved in the cooperation program between France and Indonesia) to follow two education programs, thats master (full scholarship) and doctoral (full scholarship until 18 months). 
For those interested, the jury will give priority to candidates who have made the identification program, either master's or doctorate, and has had a positive response or a recommendation from a professor of French or letter of acceptance.
This scholarship application must be submitted by March 31, 2011. Detailed information on these scholarships can be downloaded @ this site..
